Anthony Bourdain - A Cook's Tour - 2 Seasons 35 Full Episodes Can Be Streamed for Free @ GoTraveler

I’m slightly late on this news (sources: openculture.com, outlookindia.com), but Anthony Bourdain’s very first show that launched his career as a food / world-travel show host on the Food Network – A Cook’s Tour (2002-2003) – has recently been made available in its entirety (2 seasons, 35 episodes) for free streaming access on GoTraveler.com website

  • Outside of the physical DVD release, and unless there is a current streaming service that allows users to readily access older Food Network programmes such as A Cook’s Tour that I’m not aware of … then AFAIK, no other streaming content service/platform seems to have this particular show
  • ALL 35 episodes can be played directly on the web browser whilst on the GoTraveler website; no user signup/login required
  • no geo-blocking restrictions
  • episodes are only up to 480p resolution
  • NOTE: GoTraveler says that all of its content can be viewed on various devices/platforms e.g. Roku, Apple mobile devices, Apple TV, Android devices

Alternative – Free streaming on GoTraveler’s YouTube channel – but somewhat problematic [1] [2]

[1] GoTraveler’s YouTube playlist #1 – Anthony Bourdain: A Cook’s Tour – 480p

  • seems to have geo-blocking restrictions on 30(!) episodes; so you probably have to resort to using a VPN service to be able to view these
  • S01E08, S01E20 seem to be missing??
  • episodes are up to 480p only

[2] GoTraveler’s YouTube playlist #2 – Anthony Bourdain: A Cook’s Tour – 4K

  • very recent uploads of 4K versions of Anthony Bourdain’s A Cook’s Tour episodes
  • so far, only 4 episodes have been uploaded (S01E02 and S01E03 are playable; however S01E01 and S01E04 seem to be geo-blocked)
  • hopefully the rest of the remaining 4K version episodes will be uploaded in the coming days
